In China, the markets give us the possibility to think about what we eat, the meat as an animal, the vegetables as a product of market gardening.... On stalls, at the end of the street of Anshun, the pieces of meat cut remind us a picture of the animal and his materiality. It is like to pinch the flesh with the fingers, to deliver an electric shock and don't dream anymore.
