A session is initiated by anyone encountering a problem who wishes to share it. Five people, no more, no less, are brought together. One person invites two people, each of whom invites one other.

The Erratic School is a transitional space between the scale of global problems and the individual. Getting to know one another by working through problems together means dealing with differences of perception as a source of new possibilities. Whereas problem situations are given, a problem's form is indeterminate. A problem's specific formulation is strategic. Increasing the value of problems by concertedly delaying solutions, and subjectivizing problems in unforeseeable ways — that is the program.
